Set 1-
- wide leg squats
- forward lunges
Set 2-
- calf raises
- alternating curls
Set 3-
- one arm rows
- tricep kickbacks
Set 4-
- pullovers
- chest presses
Set 5-
- crunches w/ dumbbell
- crunches w/ twists
10lb dumbbells 15 reps each.
and 20 minutes on the mini trampoline.
