Workout for Aug. 5th

Set 1-

  • wide leg squats
  • forward lunges

Set 2-

  • calf raises
  • alternating curls

Set 3-

  • one arm rows
  • tricep kickbacks

Set 4-

  • pullovers
  • chest presses

Set 5-

  • crunches w/ dumbbell
  • crunches w/ twists 

10lb dumbbells 15 reps each.

and 20 minutes on the mini trampoline.
